My biggest disappointed when I started eating gluten free was the taste of desserts.  I didn't understand why gluten free sweets tasted so bad!  Knowing this was a life long decision for me, I didn't want to sacrifice my desserts and I knew I could do it better... Some people focus on world peace, but my mission was to prove that giving up gluten, dairy too if you have to, does not mean giving up on wonderful desserts! So here we are, using the finest ingredients I can find, always natural, Non GMO & Organic whenever possible. My little gift to the world of gluten free.  Each cake made with love and the satisfaction that I am making your life a little bit tastier, your table a little bit prettier & your health definitely... A Little Bit Better.
